Outdoor wood
During the process of manufacturing exterior lining boards, the boards used for lining boards are firstly dried to a certain humidity level suitable for use, otherwise, insufficiently dried exterior lining boards may start to deform. Subsequently, the exterior lining boards are planed until they reach the usual standard for the appearance of the exterior finishing panel.
Outdoor wood boards
For the decoration of exterior lining boards, we most recommend the use of spruce wood, as the spruce has smaller branches and it absorbs less moisture than pine and therefore less deforms under the action of humidity. Profiles of lining boards with tongues are connected to each other, that is, by inserting one side of the lining board into the other lining board. The other type of profile is half-grooves, which overlap on top of each other, thus reducing the breaking process.
Exterior lining board
They can be used for both horizontal and vertical forging. Facade (exterior) lining board must be painted with preservatives that protect the wood from the effects of moisture and prevent the growth of mould.
Lining boards “k” characterises with rough surface, others are planed.
