Wood impregnation

Impregnation

Wood is a special structural material and it requires proper maintenance of it. Wood rot – it is a biochemical process, during which the weight and volume of wood decreases, changes colour, and its properties weaken. Before using structural timber, it must be impregnated.

Different profiles, dimensions and wide choice of colours for impregnation are available.

ROYAL IMPREGNATION

FOR LINING BOARDS AND TERRACES

This is done by autoclaving, during which the natural flaxseed oil is heated to +65 °C and absorbs into the wood in a vacuum. The cooled flaxseed oil remains in the pores of the wood, creating a moisture-resistant protection. This process guarantees that the terrace or lining board:
Will maintain a fixed form
Will be moisture resistant
Will take on a dark walnut colour
Will be protected against wood decomposing fungi
Will be protected against UV radiation
Will remain of natural composition and will be environment friendly

Wood impregnated with hot oil

It is also important to mention that by using the autoclave method the wood is impregnated with hot oil on all sides and the dark brown shade remains for a very long time. Advantage of the vacuum and pressure method is that the wood is covered carefully and quickly. Heat treatment with oil can be performed on various wood products:
For tongue and groove boards
For exterior lining boards
For terrace boards
For garden furniture
For spruce, pine and hardwood
For products of thermowood
For larch, tropical wood products
